In accordance with Title II of associations, specifically in article 322-3 of the Law of April 24, of the third book of the Civil Code of Catalonia, relating to legal entities.

We are writing this to request the holding of an Extraordinary General Assembly with the following agenda: Call for Elections to renew or change the governing body of the Association of Owners of the Montbarbat Wetlands. According to the cited law, the Assembly must be held within 30 days from the submission of the application.
